  • ALL TIERS (draft — owner to confirm prices, time limits, and inclusions):
  • Proposed tiers:
  • - Care Essentials — $39/month: Monthly basic website health review and up to 15 minutes of minor content edits.
  • - Care Plus — $99/month: Basic health review and up to 45 minutes of small content updates or maintenance tasks.
  • - Growth Care — $199/month: Up to 2 hours of agreed routine website updates and a documented basic content/on-page review.
  • - Managed Care — $399/month: Up to 4 hours of agreed routine website and content work, plus a scheduled monthly review.
  • Supported scope: applies only to a website MMPS can access and support; customer provides required access.
  • Minor update / maintenance task = small content edits, text/image swaps, link fixes, minor layout tweaks within the monthly time limit.
  • Monthly time is per calendar month and does NOT roll over (draft default; owner may change).
  • Customer responsibilities: provide content/approvals promptly; work needing approval pauses the clock until approved.
  • Support channel: email-based; reasonable response expectations to be set by owner (no guaranteed response time or availability promised).
  • Exclusions: new pages/redesigns, e-commerce, integrations, hosting fees, domain fees, security/uptime guarantees, backups-as-a-service, and anything beyond the time limit — quoted separately or billed at an owner-set rate.
  • Billing: monthly in advance (draft); cancellation terms to be set by owner. No recurring charge is enabled until the owner approves final scope, terms, price, and delivery process.
  • NOT included unless separately confirmed and operationally supported: managed hosting, backup monitoring, security monitoring, continuous uptime monitoring.
