Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for project-based digital services from M&M Partner Solutions
("MMPS"). Specific commercial terms for your project are set out in your written agreement.

Before work begins
If you cancel before we begin work, amounts you have paid that are not tied to approved third-party costs or
completed work are refundable.

Work already completed
Fees for work already performed and deliverables already provided are not refundable. Where work is partially
complete, charges reflect the portion completed.

Approved expenses and third-party costs
Domains, hosting, paid plugins, platform fees, and similar approved pass-through costs are not refundable once
they have been incurred.

Changes to scope
Changes to an agreed scope may affect price and timeline and are handled by written agreement before the extra
work proceeds.

Delays
Delays caused by outstanding information or approvals from you pause the schedule. Delays caused by MMPS do not
result in additional charges to you.

Deliverables that do not meet the agreed scope
If an agreed deliverable does not meet the written scope, we will correct it at no extra charge through the
agreed acceptance process.

Monthly services
If a monthly care plan is offered and you subscribe, you may cancel future renewals; the current paid period is
provided as agreed and is not pro-rated unless required by law.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law.
