7. Payment and Billing

Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M&M Partner Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law. You may request immediate data deletion by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law
